Who We Are

Madhushram Foundation began with a simple but deeply personal realization.

Our founder, Kacharu Munje, was born into a poor farming family where access to education and healthcare was not guaranteed. As a student, he faced constant struggles just to continue his education. The lack of basic facilities was not something he read about—it was something he lived through every day.

Those experiences stayed with him. He understood firsthand how the absence of education and healthcare can limit a person’s life and potential.

This is what shaped his belief: there is no alternative to education.

Driven by this conviction, he started supporting children from underprivileged backgrounds—helping them with school fees, providing educational materials, and guiding them through career decisions. It was not an initiative started with funding or structure, but with intent and responsibility.

To give this effort a stronger foundation and reach more people, Madhushram Foundation was formally established in 2023.

Today, the organization works in the areas of education, healthcare, and environment, continuing the same mission—to ensure that lack of access does not decide someone’s future.
